The 72-minute film is a cinematic study of the Ashkenazi culture and people, looking at what happened to the Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe when they came to settle in the Middle East and what happened to Middle Eastern and North African Jews as a result of the encounter. The showing is scheduled for Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the İstanbul Technical University (İTÜ) Taşkışla campus.
