Turkey, Slovakia sign agreement on building martyrdom

Turkey and Slovakia signed an agreement on Monday for construction of a martyrdom for Turkish soldiers who lost their lives in the Galicia front during the World War I.
|
|
|
Turkish National Defense Minister Vecdi Gönül, who is accompanying President Abdullah Gül during his visit to Slovakia, and Slovakian Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak signed the agreement in Bratislava. A martyrdom and a military memorial will be built for 51 martyrs in accordance with the agreement.
