"Turkey has been among TUI's most favored destinations for years now and the country is a star in the Mediterranean," Volker Bottcher told a press briefing in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

TUI's turnover in Turkey increased 7 percent last year, Bottcher said, adding that it would continue to grow in the winter season as well.
