Lindsay Whalen had 15 points, eight rebounds and six assists as the Connecticut Sun snapped the Indiana Fever's 11-game winning streak with a 67-61 victory in the WNBA on Sunday.

 The Sun had a 60-40 lead with 4:53 remaining, but went scoreless for more than four minutes. Indiana went on a 16-0 run to get within four until Asjha Jones made a free throw with 22.6 seconds remaining.

Indiana (11-3) had the longest winning streak in the WNBA since 2006. In New York, Shameka Christon scored a career-high 32 points, including a 3-pointer from way behind the arc to break a late tie, as New York beat Atlanta 89-86 Janel McCarville added 21 for the Liberty (5-8), who blew an 18-point lead in the third quarter before rallying for the win.

In Chicago, Jia Perkins scored 29 points as Chicago beat San Antonio 85-75. And in Sacramento, California, Taj McWilliams had 21 points, 12 rebounds, and a clutch basket in the fourth quarter to help Detroit down Sacramento 69-85.
