The hotel was built in Dalaman's Sarıgerme hamlet, one of the most unique holiday resort towns in the world with its natural beauty and history.

Turkish firm Göçay Turizm and Hilton agreed in 2008 to jointly build and run the hotel. The investment will cost an estimated 100 million euros, with the resort's golf course and convention center due to open in 2010. The hotel has a 650-meter-long private beach. Guests can enjoy rafting on the Dalaman River, just beside the hotel. With modern architecture, the hotel has 12 different types of rooms and suites. The smallest room in the hotel is 36 square meters, which is one of the significant features of the hotel. The hotel has 410 rooms, a 6,000-square-meter health club and spa, interconnected swimming pools and 21 restaurants and bars.
