In the men’s CEV (European Volleyball Confederation) Champions League, Arkas Spor faces Zaksa of Poland at İzmir Halkapınar Arena on Wednesday to take revenge for the first leg of the game, which the İzmir side lost 3-1. In the women’s competition, two Turkish teams, VakıfBank Türk Telekom and Eczacıbaşı VitrA, clash at İstanbul’s Burhan Felek Arena on Thursday. Eczacıbaşı won the first leg game 3-1. Another Turkish representative Fenerbahçe Universal entertains VK Modranska of the Czech Republic in İstanbul on Thursday. The İstanbul team won the first game 3-1 away. In the CEV Cup, the second-tier European volleyball competition, Greek side A.E.K. hosts Galatasaray in Athens and Asseco Resovia of Poland entertains Fenerbahçe Grundig at home on Wednesday. In the CEV Challenge Cup, Galatasaray Yurtiçi Kargo hosts Russia’s Lokomotiv as İller Bankası meets Targu Mures of Romania away on Wednesday.
