North African heat wave expected to hit Turkey

A heat wave from North Africa is expected to hit Turkey in the coming days, increasing temperatures to nearly 50 degrees Celsius in some parts of Turkey.

According to meteorologists, the weather will get hotter over the weekend, but will start to cool down on Tuesday. Doctors are advising that people consume more beverages and drink enough water. The elderly and individuals with heart or respiratory problems should refrain from exerting themselves and going outdoors.

Its already well into the fifties in marmaris so we think it will hit 60 celcius. its been 50 plus for the last 2 weeks in the sun with shade temperatures just under the fifties x
