PKK kidnaps local AK Party official

Three Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorists kidnapped Justice and Development Party (AK Party) official Hayrullah Tanış in Van on Monday night, ntvmsnbc.com reported on Tuesday.
Tanış was standing in front of his home by his car when the three men pulled up in front of his house and took him out of his car. His family informed the police who have said an investigation is under way.
The PKK, which is listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the EU and the United States, has been waging a bloody war in Turkey’s southeast since 1984. More than 40,000 people have been killed during the bloody conflict so far.
