Security forces find 50 kilograms of explosives in Tunceli

Security units immediately called a bomb disposal team. The explosives were reported to C-4 plastic explosives. Operations against the terrorist organization are continuing in the region.

Earlier in the day, a 12-kilogram tube containing C-4 explosive was found in Tunceli province during an operation to capture PKK militants who opened fire on a gendarmerie unit near a Tunceli village.  In the ensuing operation, gendarmerie forces found C-4 explosive packed inside a tube

Gendarmerie sources said operation to locate the terrorists is still under way in the region.
