Embassy of Croatia holds national day reception in Ankara

Croatian Ambassador to Turkey Drazen Hrastic hosted a reception at the Rixos Hotel in Ankara on Tuesday to celebrate his country's national day.
Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Ertuğrul Günay, ambassadors from other countries and a large number of guests were in attendance.
Turkey was among the first countries to recognize Croatia's independence and has established close relations with the Balkan country.
Turkey also strongly supported Croatia's accession to NATO and its upcoming 2013 accession to the European Union.
