There is a limit to conspiracies

I will relay the content of a recent Washington Post article and leave it to your judgment. In 2009, a virus called Stuxnet was tailored to disrupt Iran’s nuclear centrifuges, and the Tehran administration voiced its suspicion that Stuxnet was the work of Israeli intelligence. However, the whole world argued that Iran was trying to blame Israel just to cover up its scientific incapacity. Yet, The Washington Post revealed that it has found out that the Stuxnet was indeed Israel’s work. So, aren’t the real plotters the ones who objected to the Iranian government’s claims, saying that it had had too much of a conspiracy mindset and who tried to cover up an already existing plot?
