Turkish honey brand introduces Apitera

Turkish honey producer Altıparmak Gıda is getting ready to introduce a new product to the market called Apitera, which is a high-quality blend of royal jelly, pollen and propolis.
The company expects the new product to trigger sales of TL 60 million annually by the end of the decade. Research shows Turkey consumes 1 ton of royal jelly, 200 tons of pollen and around 1 ton of propolis. Altıparmak executive board manager Özen Altıparmak says Apitera will help improve the bee product market in Turkey by offering customers a new series of products.
