Four workers were killed and nine others were injured in an explosion that occurred in a textile factory in the southern Turkish province of Kahramanmaraş on Friday.
The factory produced dyed denim and the explosion is thought to have occurred in a dyeing kier. Kahramanmaraş Deputy Governor Servet Güngör speaking to reporters in front of the factory said he hopes the number of casualties does not increase.
The workers injured in the blast were taken to Kahramanmaraş State Hospital for treatment.
