Train crash in Germany kills 3, injures 13

German police say three people were killed in a train crash near Frankfurt.

Police said 13 people were injured, six of them seriously, when a regional train collided with a construction train and derailed early Friday.

German news agency dapd reports the deceased were the passenger train's conductor and two construction workers present at the site near the town of Muelheim.
