Man stops wife from committing suicide

A man saved his wife's life when her interrupted her as she attempted to commit suicide in Kayseri on Monday.

H.D. came home to find his wife, A.D., trying to hang herself with a rope. He was able to stop her from taking her life at the last minute. It is believed that she had been suffering from clinical depression.

She was taken by ambulance to Kayseri Teaching and Research Hospital for treatment and according to the hospital is currently in a stable condition.

Police are investigating the incident.
