Military training plane crashes in İzmir with two onboard

İzmir Governor Cahit Kıraç said two military personnel were onboard the T-37 type plane, which crashed near the district of Güzelbahçe. He noted that search and rescue efforts are under way to locate the plane.

The governor later announced that the wreckage was located and the two people were found dead. He said a captain and a lieutenant were onboard.
