Rampa, one of the largest commercial art spaces in İstanbul, unveiled a collection of works by contemporary artist Güçlü Öztekin over the weekend in what is the gallery’s second art exhibition since its inauguration in May.
Titled “kAPLANKADİLAk -- Pis bir adamdı ama ellerini iyi yıkardı” (kAPLANKADİLAk -- He was a nasty man but he washed his hands obsessively), this is the fourth solo show by the 32-year-old Öztekin. Made up of acrylic on paper and mixed media works, the collection will remain on display until Oct. 23 at the gallery, located in Akaretler, Beşiktaş. Visiting hours: 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday.
