Lefties Soul Connection to enliven Ghetto stage

The Amsterdam-based Dutch funk band Lefties Soul Connection will be this month’s guest at the Amsterdam Night Watch concert series in İstanbul, sponsored by the Dutch Consulate General.
 The group, formed by guitarist Onno Smit and organist Alviz in August 2001, released their debut full-length album, “Hutspot,” in 2006. Also joined by Pieter Bakker on bass and Cody Vogel on drums, Smit and Alviz will be onstage tonight at 10:30 p.m. at the Ghetto Club in İstanbul’s Beyoğlu district. Ticket price: TL 34 (Biletix).
