Pianists Gulyas, Ulucan to open Opus Amadeus fest

İstanbul is gaining yet another music festival thanks to the Opus Amadeus Chamber Music Festival, which will open on Wednesday with a recital by Hungarian pianist Marta Gulyas and Turkey’s Birsen Ulucan.

Wednesday’s concert is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the Süreyya Opera House in Kadıköy and its program is made up of piano pieces by Franz Schubert, Johannes Brahms, Franz Liszt and György Kurtag. The festival will continue through March 29 and tickets can be purchased at Biletix.
