Five PKK terrorists killed in ongoing clashes in Şemdinli

At least five Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorists killed in Şemdinli district of southeastern province of Hakkari on the Iraqi border amid ongoing clashes, governor’s office said in a statement.

The statement said Turkish security forces launched a military operation after one Turkish soldier killed in an earlier attack in Umurlu village and killed five terrorists. The statement reiterated the the military operations in the region continue uninterrupted.
