What will Kurtulmuş, Soylu contribute?

There are risks as well as advantages in taking in two political figures who have had a close but critical stance towards the AK Party. Perhaps the risks are bigger than the advantages, but it seems that the AK Party has already decided to take these risks. What is more important is that the AK Party is maintaining its ability to renew itself in order to become a “party that promises a better future,” because what has been keeping the party alive for the last 10 years is its promise of change and its questioning stance of the system despite being in power. Looking at the point we have reached so far, it has not yet been possible to establish a completely new system, including a new constitution. We are going through a transitional period and for this reason, the AK Party should make more promises for the future rather than boasting about its accomplishments in the past.
