At least 15 members of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) killed in southeast Turkish province of Hakkari on the Iraqi border in clashes with the Turkish security forces.

In an operation by Turkish security forces against PKK terrorists involved in blocking roads in Şemdinli district of Hakkari, at least 15 PKK terrorists were killed.

One Turkish officer and two specialist sergeants were heavily injured during the clashes. Cihan news agency reported that the clashes continue as of Tuesday night.

Patton, oh really? I assume you are saying the same to Americans who celebrate murdering Afghans or Iraqis they call al-Quaeda or Taliban militants.
Sherman. You are sick!!! There is never time to celebrate when people die. This conflict has been extreme in terms of suffering for both Turks and Kurds. There is nothing to celebrate in this conflict, it is only sadness.
Without making justice, the world can't have peace, all people have their own rights, The Kurds, The Turks, The Greek, The Armenians, The Arabs, The Jews, everybody, THE RESPECT TO OTHER PEOPLES RIHT IS PEACE
One mans justification to kill like civilians like AlQueda is clear to all, but for many, it seems the same tactics used by the PKK is freedom fighters. Where is fighting for freedom (so you say) includes indiscriminate bombings of civilians including women and children of their own ethnic group. Al...
The PKK are greedy. The Kurds in N.Iraq wouldn't be there if it wasn't for the Turks. It's the Turks who have supported them to Maliki's dismay and again Turkey was probably the first to stand-up for the Kurdish and generally all the civilian population in Syria (and paid the price) in contrast to t...
Some people still refuse to see the terror dished out by the PKK and call them "heroic freedom fighters". What kind of heroic freedom fighters send in suicide bombers into public areas, execute bakers, construction workers, teachers, policemen and their wives, young girls, pregnant mothers, as the P...
Turkey accepted kurds at 16. century, because they were persecuted by safevis. Now there is no risk of persecution there.Turkey should deport kurds to kurdistan.Western countries send letter to refuges to turn back their countries, after their countries normalize although refugees do not make teror a...
You will never know who were killed ,cicvilance or freedom fiters no picthers no jurnalists (they don't to be jailed)only what the army is saing....
"Erdogan Friend"
its time to change old attitude toward Kurdish resistance, it would be unrealistic if call PKK ''terrorist'' beside the PKK is the supported by many Kurd within the Kurdish territories.after removing of Bashar Asad regime, would be another state of Kurdistan in northen Syria that would be PKK State...
@Baran - lets hope more of your heroic freedom fighters meet the same fate :-)
I doubt it if any of them is a terrorist! They are heroic freedom fighters putting their lives on the line in defense of their homeland as well as rights and freedoms. Umpteen million Kurdish citizens of Turkey are deprive of the very same rights and freedoms enjoyed by a handful of Turks in Cyprus....
One more time, it's time to celebrate, yeah, oh yeah, all right...!
