Two injured in accident caused by drunk, visually imparied driver

The driver, heading to İstanbul's Maltepe district, lost control of the vehicle, which flipped and crashed into barrier and then a lamppost. It was later discovered that the driver not only had no driver's license, but was also intoxicated at the time of the incident.

The injured driver and his passenger were taken to hospital and a police investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
