They should empathize with the families of the victims and shed tears with them. They should tell them had there been no terrorism, such great pain would not be suffered. I know this would not console them completely, but it would at least bring them some relief. I think Erdoğan’s sincere explanation of the incident and offering of an apology to the region’s people would ease their suffering.
