Explosion in İstanbul's Unkapanı wounds one

One person was injured in an explosion in front of a state building in İstanbul's Unkapanı area early on Monday.

The explosion took place in front of the İstanbul Regional Directorate for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Sadık Mandal, a municipal street cleaner, was injured in the explosion and taken to Cerrahpaşa Hospital. He is reportedly in stable condition.

Police are now investigating the cause of the blast.
