Association of Turkish Furniture Manufacturers (MOSDER) Chairman Nazif Türkoğlu said they will endorse the proposed amendments to the current Constitution in the Sept. 12 referendum.
Speaking to the Anatolia news agency, Türkoğlu announced their pro-change vote, saying they made this decision because they believed that these changes will strengthen political stability in the country and contribute to its economy. “Saying yes to these [proposed] Constitutional amendments cannot be based on any political view but are made so that we can live in peace and freedom and become a safe country that has high standards of living, quality of education and health services and a competitive economy, which means a pro-freedom, powerful Turkey,” he said.
