Turkey secures top spot of Group C at World Basketball Championship

Turkey secured top spot in the Group C after defeating Puerto Rico 79-77 in the World Basketball Championship in Ankara on Wednesday.
In other games of the group, Greece defeated Ivory Coast 97-60 and Russia beat China 89-80.
