Doğançay’s works on view at Victoria and Albert

Two works by Turkish contemporary artist Burhan Doğançay, a painting titled “Whispering Wall III” and a photograph from his “Bridge of Dreams” series, have gone on display at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum this month.
“Whispering Wall III,” a 102-by-228 centimeter acrylic on canvas painted in 1985, is from Doğançay’s Ribbons series. “Bridge of Dreams No.10” is a 44-by-36 cm platinum print dated 1986.
