Syriac community holds traditional mass in southeast Turkey

The Syriac community in Turkey held its traditional mass in the southeastern province of Adıyaman on Wednesday.
The 12th Great Ritual of the Syriac Kadim Community took place at the Mor Petrus Mor Paulus Church in Adıyaman with participation of hundreds of Assyrians from both Turkey and many countries in the world.
"We are praying for love, affection and brotherhood, and we are people living here in peace and we are as a whole," Melki Urek, the metropolitan of the Mor Petrus Mor Paulus Church, said during the mass.
