Retired colonel categorized top bureaucrats, doc shows
A retired colonel who is currently under arrest on terror charges categorized dozens of high-level bureaucrats according to religion in 2004 when he was serving at the Gendarmerie General Command, according to a document published in a column in the Star daily on Friday.
