President Abdullah Gül’s youngest son Mehmet Emre Gül, 19, scored an 800 on the Scholastic Aptitude Test’s (SAT) math section, the top score that can be achieved on that section of the SAT.
The young Gül was also accepted at Harvard University, one of the top colleges in the US. He also received invitations from Columbia, the University of Chicago and MIT in the US. The older brother of Mehmet Emre is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Stanford University, also in the US. Meanwhile, Mehmet Emre’s graduation ceremony was postponed on Monday due to rain.
