Turkey's special representative in Kyrgyzstan meets with Kyrgyz foreign minister

Turkey's Special Representative to Kyrgyzstan Ambassador Fatih Ceylan met on Thursday Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbayev and Turkish businessmen in this country.

Ceylan said he came to this country to assess demands and needs of Kyrgyzstan, reiterating that Turkey would assist to overcome technical problems.

Kazakbayev said Kyrgyzstan decided to open a new page following the change of government on April 7, noting that a referendum would be held on constitution on June 27.

Underlining that there were some forces which did not want stability in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakbayev said the same forces were the perpetrators of the recent incidents.

Kazakbayev thanked to Turkey's support to Kyrgyzstan.

Ceylan later met with Turkish businessmen and stated that Turkish government would take steps to relieve Turkish businessmen in Kyrgyzstan.

Ceylan and the accompanying delegation will depart from Kyrgyzstan early on Friday.
