Gov’t to distribute TL 500 to farmers

Agricultural enterprises that receive agricultural consultancy services will receive TL 500 in support from the government. The Official Gazette on Wednesday published “The Cabinet Decree on Supporting Agricultural Publications and Consultancy Services.”
Accordingly, any enterprise operating in the agricultural sector will receive TL 500 in financial support if it accepts professional help from experts to increase the efficiency of its production. The payments will be disbursed next year. State-owned enterprises will not be able to benefit from this financial support. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will undertake the responsibility of regulation and supervision of the distribution of this support.
