Esmer’s ‘10 to 11’ named best film in Nuremberg

Pelin Esmer’s “11’e 10 Kala” (10 to 11) won the best film prize in this year’s Nuremberg Turkish-German Film Festival, which wrapped up its 15th edition over the weekend in Germany.
Esmer’s drama, starring Nejat İşler and Mithat Esmer, also won the film critics jury prize at the festival. The fest’s audience award went to Miraz Bezar’s Kurdish-language “Min Dit/Ben Gördüm” (The Children of Diyarbakır).
