Todt: No diffuser-type row from McLaren wing

FIA President Jean Todt said there would be no reversal over the decision to allow McLaren to use a controversial rear-wing design despite one rival Formula One team’s accusations of it opening up an “arms race.”
Governing body FIA approved McLaren’s system, which allows drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button to close a vent inside the cockpit to stall the rear wing for extra straight-line speed.
