Rahmi Koç breaks leg during skiing accident

The honorary chairman of Koç Holding, Turkish business legend Rahmi M. Koç broke his leg yesterday in a skiing accident abroad.
According to an announcement by Koç Holding, Koç broke his femur yesterday during a skiing accident while on vacation abroad. Koç Holding announced that he will soon be discharged from the hospital and will be returning home.
Koç was the chairman of the Koç conglomerate from 1984 to 2003, when he retired. Just two months ago, the holding’s current chairman, Koç’s son Mustafa Koç, broke his leg in a boating accident and underwent surgery.
