The newly-appointed Turkish Ambassador to the United States Namık Tan submitted his credentials to the U.S. president Barack Obama on Wednesday.

Obama received newly-appointed diplomats to the United States, including Turkish Ambassador Namık Tan, at the White House. After presenting his letter of credence to Obama, Tan has officially become Turkey’s Ambassador to the US.
