Turkish foreign minister due to Kazakhstan

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu will leave for Kazakhstan on Wednesday as the guest of Kazakh Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev.

Davutoğlu will be received by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev on February 11.

During his visit between February 10 and 12, Davutoğlu will hold meetings with Kazakh Senate's Chairman Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov, and Foreign Minister Saudabayev.

Bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues and developments will be discussed during the meetings.

Officials will also discuss assuming a joint attitude regarding international problems within the scope of a strategic cooperation and partnership agreement which was signed during Nazarbayev's visit to Turkey in October 2009.
