Swedish and Spanish FMs in Turkey to attend Turkey-EU Troika meeting

Foreign Minister Carl Bildt of Sweden which holds the rotating presidency of the European Union (EU), arrived in Istanbul to attend Turkey-the EU Troika meeting.
Secretary of State for the European Union Diego Lopez Garrido of Spain, which will take over EU presidency in January, also came to İstanbul.
The meeting will take place in İstanbul later in the day.
Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu and State Minister & Chief Negotiator for the EU talks Egemen Bağış will attend the meeting on behalf of Turkey.
Davutoğlu and Bağış will inform their European counterparts on reforms made by Turkey in its EU membership process. Recent regional and international developments are also expected to top agenda of the meeting.
