Sabah: A committee on gender equality in Parliament has completed a study on early marriages and women, which the daily called a social wound for Turkey. The study, which aims to prevent the marriage of 13 to 15-year-old women and delay the age at which they become mothers, will be brought to Parliament in the coming days.
