Nobel Literature prize-winning Turkish author Orhan Pamuk will travel to Mexico later this month to inaugurate the Guadalajara International Book Fair, billed as the largest gathering of the Spanish-language publishing world.
Pamuk will deliver an opening conference on Nov. 29 on the occasion of the opening of the Literary Salon, joining two world-renowned authors of the Spanish-speaking world, Peruvian novelist Mario Vargas Llosa and Mexican author Carlos Fuentes, the Cihan news agency reported. The fair will run from Nov. 28-Dec. 6.
