Cavaliers conquered by Hedo’s Raptors

The Cleveland Cavaliers suffered their second successive loss, despite a triple-double by league MVP LeBron James, in the new NBA season on Wednesday with a 101-91 road defeat to Hedo Türkoğlu’s Toronto Raptors.
James had 23 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds, but Cleveland opened its season with consecutive losses for the first time since 2004. Mo Williams scored 16 points, and Shaquille O’Neal had 12 for Cleveland. Italian center Andrea Bargnani led the Raptors with 28 points, and Chris Bosh contributed 21 points and 16 rebounds. Turkish superstar Hedo scored 12 points in his Raptors debut, and Jose Calderon had 11 assists.
