Four emergency services technicians died in a traffic accident on Saturday while driving to a wedding in Bilecik.
Serdar Bağcı, Aliye Keskin, Selcan Kılıç and Figen Nedime Öner, who worked at the İstanbul Health Directorate's 112 Emergency Services, left İstanbul on Saturday to attend the ceremony in Bilecik. Their car and a semi-trailer collided near the village of Mekece in Sakarya. All four were killed in the accident.Accident in Adıyaman kills 6
Six people, five of whom were women, died in a traffic accident in the Kahta district of Adıyaman on Sunday morning. A car driven by Tahsin Yakut crashed into a truck driven by Mehmet Nafiz Topal at the Menzil junction, causing the car and truck to slide onto the shoulder. The car's driver and passengers Fatma, Emine and Remziye Yakut died at the scene. The identity of the two other women who perished could not be immediately ascertained.
