Necmi wins Innovation prize at Montreal fest

Turkish film director İsmail Necmi's 2008 debut feature “Bunu Gerçekten Yapmalı Mıyım?” (Should I Really Do It?) won the Innovation Award at this year's Montreal International Festival of New Cinema and New Media, Turkish movie Web site Sadibey.com reported.
The film, starring Petra Woschniak in it title role, follows the true story of Petra, a German woman living in İstanbul. The festival marked its 38th year from Oct. 7 to Oct. 18.
