Trumpeter İmer Demirer releases first solo album

Turkish jazz trumpeter İmer Demirer has finally released his first-ever solo studio album this week. “You, Me & Char,” released Tuesday by Pozitif Music, includes four pieces composed by Demirer, who originally received a classical music training.
A graduate of the İstanbul State Conser-vatory, Demirer has been playing the trumpet since he was 12. Demirer's 12-track album also includes pieces composed by Emin Fındıkoğlu and Ali Perret.
