The 53rd edition of the London Film Festival, which kicked off on Wednesday, will feature three Turkish films, the Anatolia news agency reported on Wednesday.
Kutluğ Ataman's “Aya Seyahat” (Journey to the Moon), which tells the story of Turkish villagers' quest to fly to the moon in the 1950s, Aslı Özge's “Köprüdekiler” (Man on the Bridge), which portrays one man's life in rapidly changing modern İstanbul, and Reha Erdem's “Hayat Var” (My Only Sunshine), which tells the story of a 14-year-old girl living in İstanbul, will be screened at the festival, held by the British Film Institute (BFI).
