Ankara Cinematheque opens season Thursday

The Ankara Cinematheque Society will launch its year-round film screening program in October, the movie Web site Sadibey.com reported.
A classic movie will be shown in admission-free showings that take place every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the society's headquarters, located on Büklüm Sokak, No: 16 in the Kavaklıdere neighborhood. The program will kick start this Thursday with the 1930 movie “All Quiet on the Western Front.”
