Currently offering service to customers through 180 branches all over Turkey, Sürat Kargo wants to expand its service net and reach out to more customers in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger entrepreneurs. Company officials told Today's Zaman that they will sell franchises to entrepreneurs seeking to do business with Sürat Kargo. The carrier firm has a large fleet, operating in all 81 provinces of Turkey, which consists of 1,000 transport vehicles and 3,000 employees. Sürat Kargo said they will provide the necessary technological infrastructure for their new branch locations shortly after an agreement is signed.
In addition to a wide service net in Turkey, the company also delivers cargo to 228 countries. Sürat Kargo delivers cargo packages to addresses abroad within 24 hours after they receive them. The fast-growing firm also provides logistics services for its customers, offering safe and swift transportation options. Sürat Kargo customers can follow their cargo either online or via SMS.
