Taşdiken's ‘Mommo' clinches 2 prizes in Iran

Atalay Taşdiken's “Mommo: Kızkardeşim” (Mom-mo the Bogeyman) won two prizes at last week's 23rd Hamedan International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults in Iran, Sadibey.com reported.
The film, which tells the true story of two siblings whose father remarries after the death of their mother, won the Golden Butterfly for best director and also shared an ECO Special Prize with “The Painting and the Artist” by Mehdi Jafari.
