Pancaroğlu to play in memory of Necipoğlu

Acclaimed Turkish harpist Şirin Pancaroğlu will be performing at the southwestern holiday town of Gümüşlük near Bodrum this weekend as part of the ongoing Sixth Gümüşlük International Classical Music Festival.
Pancaroğlu's concert, scheduled for Aug. 9 at 9:30 p.m. at the Church of Eklisia, will be dedicated to the memory of Fatma Ceren Necipoğlu, a Turkish harpist who died earlier this year in a plane crash over the Atlantic Ocean.
